Tai Chi for Balance & Wellbeing

We will be running Tai Chi for Balance & Wellbeing over the summer months. Combining slow Tai chi movements with body awareness and coordinated diaphragmatic breathing, this mindful movement class aims to bring the benefits of relaxation and stress reduction, improved balance, gentle strengthening, flexibility, coordination and mindfulness and is suitable for adults with a range of physical abilities.  

With the support of Communities at Work through its Community Development Program, classes will be held at the Denman Village Community Centre (5 Felstead Vista, Denman Prospect) on Tuesdays between 10:00 and 10:45am. Classes are free-of-charge and will run from 9th Dec to 23rd Dec and from 6th Jan to 10th Mar. 

The class will be taught by Hilary, an experienced community exercise class instructor.
